Experience

I have worked many jobs in the tourism industry where I have worked on numerous computerized systems for answering phones, inputing data ect. I have worked as a Houskeeping Supervisor in 2 properties spanning 2+ years from June 2016 to April 2018. There was primarily desk work and helping the day to day operations of the housekeeping department.

I have also worked as a Communications Operator for a year and a half at the Four Seasons Resort Whistler from Dec 2008 to September 2009 where I would check guests in and out, handle fire alarm operations, wake up calls and reservations for guests.

Education

I have an education background from Capilano University in Squamish where I studied the Destination Resort Management Co-op Diploma Program from September 2007 to Dec 2008. I learned various computer systems while taking the course. The diploma given is a business diploma in the context of tourism and recreation. I was also placed on the Dean's list for Fall and Spring terms and Merit's list for the Summer term.
